I could not be happier with my new neon sign! Masha was SUPER responsive and worked hard to make sure I got just the design I wanted, with plenty of mock-ups in different styles. The international shipping was fast, and everything was packaged really well. This is absolutely the place for any custom neon, such great quality and service.

I found this shop via website, Etsy. From this different platform, Masha, the customer service rep was very helpful in guiding me to the sign I exactly want. She walked me and stayed with me through the sketch of what my product would look like, answering ANY question that I had in a timely manner. She had the draft within 2 days and I pulled the trigger because of how attentive she was. I have never had my doubts lightened so much from the experienced that I received and might I say, I am 100%+ satisfied with my purchase! The product came in MUCH earlier than anticipated too! (bonus) I have recommended this shop to friends and family and if the opportunity presents itself I will be a returning customer!

I love this sign!!! It took awhile for me to customize but they were totally patient with me and helped me make the neon sign of my dreams! This is a Father’s Day gift but I’m sure he’ll love it!!! (Ignore the budlight sign) It also came in a week early which was perfect! If I need another sign I will buy from here and I will suggest them to everyone I know!

This sign really made the shop pull together my clients love it ! Shipping was fast it was suppose to be 10 days but ended up being about 12-13 I think because of fedex and new quarantine requirements. There was a small crack in the center but once again I think Fedex was rough with shipping. But it’s ok cause the crack isn’t very noticeable. The seller was super easy to work with and responds right away. The quality was amazing everyone loves it and love to take photos in front of it. I’m definitely gonna order a couple more for the shop ! Mahalo

This is perfect. It was wrapped so it didn’t get damaged in transit and is the size I was wanting. Great job getting this done and preparing it to ship. I highly recommend this company. Also it didn’t take but 3 weeks for me to get it.
